"I went to get an inspection check. They failed me because my windshield liquid was too low to check. So instead of just putting a little bit in and testing it, they failed me. I went across the street to the AutoZone, put in some liquid and it worked immediately. Talked to a friend about this and they said that Jim's failed him for having one of those plastic covers on the license plate. He asked if he could just remove it and they said they would either need to charge for labor to do it ($80 per hour) or have him do it and then recharge immediately for a new inspection. Personally, I find this absurd and telling of how money-hungry they are. I want to also add (not be cruel or insensitive) but the person working on my car had alarmingly poor hygiene. I understand that we all have different levels of "standards of hygiene" but this was like I have never seen in a place of business before. Garages are dirty places and I expect mechanics to be (reasonably) dirt but this was ROUGH..in many ways that were completely non-mechanic related. The treatment over the inspection sucked but tbh this guy's hygiene made me nauseous and is the main reason I would not go back."

"I can't say enough about this company..they have pulled through for us many times..I had a gas leak dangerous. Called Mike told him I had a dilemma..was towed there knowing he is busy as heck..I think they are fantastic and it's great assurance knowing he is close to our home..I will always bring our vehicles to him thanks to all who work there.."

"My grandfather has almost always went there, and even though I liked my old mechanic I allowed him to talk me into giving them a try a few years back. I've had more and more minor problems show up over the years, and just assumed it was age of the car. But they proved today that was not the case. After telling us months ago they could not install a dash cam as they did not know anything about it, they decided today to DISABLE AND DEACTIVATE IT without even getting my consent first, all to try and shift the blame off them for not fixing my car properly a week or so ago when they charged over 1000 to repair it, only to not repair it AND cause another issue to pop up that was NOT happening even before it went in!!! They will NEVER touch my car again, even if they were the last shop on the entire planet! Editing to add: they had NO ONE'S consent to remove anything. My grandfather was livid that they disconnected it without talking to him prior, especially considering they wouldn't install it because they "knew nothing about dash cams and would not feel comfortable working with one". Which would be why he did not insist they re-attach it. Also who calls a customer and freaks out about a review? YIKES. I can NOT believe you guys called my grandfather to harass him about this review and made it seem like I was being completely irrational. If you don't want negative reviews, don't do sketchy stuff. I've already made appointments with people who actually know about dash cams and theyve already disagreed with your diagnostics. Good luck tho!"
