"I have been here maybe 5 times since they opened, just because I live 40 minutes away. Every time the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every time the food was AMAZING!!!! I love my sashimi, and the make your own ramen… really good, and different than most other restaurants. If you’re in the Albany area I would definitely try this place, you will be more than happy!"

"This is hands down the BEST ramen spot in the capital region! I can only speak to the ramen as a regular. I’ve been to sushi tei (they’re my second favorite), akinomi, tanpopo ramen, Zhus kitchen and NOTHING TOPS THIS PLACE. Only place that makes their noodles in house and they literally have the most perfect textured pork chashu! Not too fatty and slow cooked and seared to perfection! Tony the manager is super sweet and makes sure to take good care of you especially if you are new to the ramen game. He will make suggestions based on what you like and sometimes give you some samplers. I cannot get enough of their ramen and their amazing pork buns! Yumm My go to ramen mix (in case you’re new here!) 1. Spicy tonkatsu 2. Extra pork 3. Extra soft egg 4. Add mushrooms 5. Add sprouts 6. Add cilantro (GAME CHANGER) 7. Add black garlic oil 8. Add chili paste oil 9. Add a side of spicy Mayo and mix trust meeeee for those who love creamy ramens 10. Add sesame seeds Delishhhhhhhh"

"What a great experience. From the appetizers to the main meals, everything was delicious. Very friendly staff and the ramen bowl was one of the best I’ve had. My little girls are huge sushi fans and they gave the “thumbs up”approval. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a great place for a noodle bowl or sushi."

"The Ramen was AMAZING! So far it was the best we have ever had. We tried another popular ramen restaurant in Albany prior, but Kazan was much better. Also, the sushi was delicious and well made. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our waiter was super patient and answered all of our questions. The food came out quickly. The steamed duck rolls were incredible. We had a fantastic experience and plan to return. The one and only thing I would change would be to add a kids menu. It is perfect without it of course, but would be a good addition for families :)"
