"So it was cold today and I stop at my local subway just to get some heat and the workers day was very very very polite and even offered me a free food and actually something warm to drink. Just got to shot it out. Thanks and I appreciate it."

"New store manager Alex is very argumentative with customers and extremely poor customer service skills. He needs to go to store manager training. And learn how to talk to customers didn’t take me long to figure out that he doesn’t do well with complaints so if you have a complaint at this location and you speak to Alex, he’s probably going to lose his cool on you just beware. I will not be back to this location again. After today’s experience after being a customer for several years, The way this particular individual Alex spoke to me today, very unprofessional, very argumentative, With my experience of being a store manager of several locations for different companies, I know how he spoke to me as a customer Today was completely unacceptable. If you let him know that you want to file a complaint his responses well my boss is selling the store so he doesn’t care so go ahead. Would you like your receipt so you can file your complaint that was those exact words. I’m going to say this individual needs to go to customer service school before having title of store manager."

"This Subway located in Topsham, Maine is horrible. When we first walked in it seemed okay. We ordered our food like normal. We both ordered sandwiches with the rotisserie chicken on it. We sat down and we started eating our food. It tasted a little different but we still ate more of our food. We didn’t finish all of it. An hour or so later, we both had some digestive issues. We do not recommend this location. We will never return to this location."

"1. Their menu board is confusing and does not list their whole menu. 2. Only 3 styles of bread were available, 2 of which were Italian style, the other was wheat. 3. The sandwich I ordered included smashed avocado and spinach. The avocado was more of a puree than smashed and was a very skimpy portion. The girl who made my sandwich said "lettuce?' I had to remind her it was spinach. 4. "Mayo?" Yes, please- but it was added on top of everything and oozed out. Don't we put mayo ON the bread? My sandwich was good but a bit pricey. A footlong and medium soda was almost $18. There are other selections which were $3-4 more than the sandwich I ordered. Not exactly good value. Unfortunately upon leaving I saw a sign at a competitor's sandwich place offering large turkey clubs for $5. Wish I'd seen it before opting for SubWay."

"Super disappointed. Ordered for pick up to just have my time be even more wasted. There was a very clear lack of attention to details. Sandwiches throw together with a “they arnt here to see this” energy. THEN call to correct the situation and offered only for a remake if we were to drive back burning more money to get our order fixed. I can see why they are closing down. Hit up Jersey Mikes if you want your sandwich made with some respect. Never gonna be tipping this subway again. Not worth it."
