"Cheap junk. Drive for 20 mins and actually get a good product. Do not go here. Bought a battery in which the threads were stripped out (thanks to the owners convenient no return policy I'm stuck with this piece of junk. Bought a pipe from here, came home it had a hairline crack in the neck. Still works fine but for $100? Come on. Save yourself and do not go to this shop. Owner is a long haired sketch ball stuck in 1992."

"Going here is the equivalent of going to the dentist in anticipation of a root canal. The merchandise on display was extremely underwhelming, and I’m all for American Made glass but there’s very little affordable options. Not to mention, it’s impossible to find anything you need based on a blinding lack of inventory in the front. In fact, when the owner was asked simply about the nicotine content of some vape juice, he said, “You don’t even know the answer to the question that you’re asking.” What does that even mean? How are you going to offer a service and refuse any sort of inquiries about a product someone is paying for? Thanks, I’ll drive to Dumb and Dumber and get a great deal for the ride next time. My advice to the proprietor is to learn your customer base, and respect the people that bother to walk through your shady strip mall door."

"Avoid this place. Dead ahead is small, expensive and has a poor selection of merchandise. The staff is not knowledgeable and the most advanced information they have about anything related to the topic is street gossip. Owners and staff are dishonest and information dispensed by them can not be trusted. The store sells cheap glass pipes made overseas but lied to me about them being made in America and locally. The staff insults bald men and persons who don't look like they shop at hot topic and falsely accuses customers of being cops. Dead Ahead has been engaging in that behavior for 2 decades now. The irony is I'm pretty sure at least one of the guys did a turn as a confidential informant. There are no Deadheads here, the place was bought a long time ago by people associated with the single most poser jersey metal band ever, "trixter". The owners and staff are childish, and completely out of the loop, they find stuff out from high school kids. These people and this place have bad vibes."

"This place is a joke. The person working has ZERO customer service skills. Not even a "hello how are you today." Tacky is the décor with a cheap blow up sex doll as it's centerpiece. Have some pride dude. Oddly this head shop has a competitor store directly across the street which is just as horribly bad."
