"I have mixed opinions on this place. It is big. Upstairs to the right was a bit of a mess and looks like they were short on stock. I went in for my 5.11Tactical Pants and the rack had absolutely no organization to it. Which seemed to be the whole upstairs...unorganized. Colors, sizes, and styles were just tossed on the rack. However, the price was very good - $10 off the list price. The middle aged lady working that day told me they didn't have a try on room. Since this was my first time buying this brand of pants I didn't realize you needed to size up. When I returned it (since they didn't have my size in the color I needed) I got a bit of attitude from the associate because I should have tried it on before I bought it. Like I would have if you'd have told me where the try on room is. I asked when they got their next 5.11 shipment in or if you could special order and pick it up in the store. She told me that they order whenever and that I probably should just get there sooner after their order but couldn't tell me when that order would be. I've been in here other times and the staff was helpful and friendly...ironically it usually younger staff...like college age. Lesson learned from this store. Don't buy local. I'd have paid the full price to support a local store. Instead I ordered direct from 5.11 Tactical for less. Did I like using your store as a try-on room? Nope...but you clearly didn't want my business"

"Great store with a great selection of items. Must say though one of the main reasons I’ll go back is the customer service. Caden I believe is his name was extremely patient and helpful when I was trying to find my size in some boots. The guy went back to check stock at least twice and got me what I needed. Thanks bro."

"I was passing through and stopped for the first time and was blown away. I’m not used to Army & Navy stores being so large, clean, and having such a wide selection of merchandise. I see several reviews mentioning staff negatively, but my experience was great. The employee behind the counter on the afternoon of 8/5 immediately asked if he could help me, joked around about baseball and football with me (the poor guy is a Mets and Jets fan, haha), and rang me out quickly. I can’t really ask for better."
