"Ordered a snacken bacon. Waited entirely too long for the order. When we asked about it, the guy roodly said "Hold On" then the woman said that it had to cool down. Eventually we just left. DO NOT STOP HERE. In addition, there was no soap in the rest room."
"I went in there today at not even 3 pm. It was around 230. There was at least 5 people working. No line at drive thru. No line inside. I went inside. I walked up to the counter. There was a guy making a coffee for the one car at the drive thru window. He didn't even acknowledge me to greet me or anything. I waited about 10 minutes. In that time no one acknowledged me at all by greeting me, telling me they would be with me or anything. I walked out with out speaking to anyone or buying anything. Every time I go to this location it's a super long wait and the coffee is usually made wrong."
"7 employees, 0 costumers, 0 cars in the drive thru... Took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. Another 3 to get me a single cup of coffee. All in all took 7 people 10 minutes for a cup of coffee... And they weren't waiting on a batch to be brewed."
"this location always has good customer service but this is the second time ive ordered a food item and gotten it very burnt and not edible, would’ve had them correct it but i was in a rush."
