"I don’t know what everyone is talking about, the staff have been absolutely nothing but polite and helpful to me. Sounds to me like people are bringing an industrial amount of recyclables to a little local shop when they could just as easily go to the grocery store across the street (which would be the place to go for larger returns)"

"The younger staff are actually pretty nice. But the owner is disrespectful and nasty. You can tell hes a miserable man and an arrogant human being. Making nasty comments and mumbling annoyances. Don't give this establishment any of your business I know I will never be coming back here."

"I regularly come here to return bottles and occasionally buy beer. In my last several visits they have become increasingly hostile, with an employee today asking me "don't you have anywhere else you can take these" when I arrived with empty bottles and the same employee saying to me "return them to the store where you bought them next time" when my transaction was finished. Incredibly and unnecessarily rude."

"They've really upped their game under the new ownership. Great selection and great service. Granted, I live a block away and have become lazy AF in my old age, but this has become my go to beer store!"

"This place used to be great, but I had a horrible customer service experience there this week. Who I presume was the owner was rude at checkout, mumbling about how I picked out single cans (wake up, they’re more expensive that way and not everyone wants all 4 packs) then was trying to say he doesn’t take Discover for a $107 transaction with some colorful language. Even though his system does in fact take it. Just a bad experience and I’ll never go back, except to return all my empties and not buy anything, which he hates and has been equally rude to friends of mine for as well. Find other places to buy your craft beer but bring all your empties here for sure"
