"I've been to Jay McDonald's so many times and almost every time the food is cold. I always ask for a cheese burger with no ketchup and half of the time they still put ketchup on it. I ask for a cheeseburger happy meal for my son and they give him chicken nuggets. I did curbside pickup and they forgot about my order. I went In to tell them and they acted like it was totally fine. I was sitting in the car for 15 minutes! Very disappointed."
"Owners suck. Stuff is constantly broken and they are always understaffed. Drive thru should take 5 minutes. I've sat for 20. People are usually pleasant but that is it. Drive somewhere else and save your time. Edit: It's been 3 weeks and their oven is still broken. Half of their breakfast menu is still unavailable. Edit 2: It's August 16th 2023. They have gotten even slower than they were before. You can't show up for breakfast and expect to spend less than 15 minutes in the drive thru. If I could give 0 stars I would. Hire more people or close the store."
"I visited the Jay McDonald's and it was very busy, the drive thru was backed out to the road and the lobby was filled with waiting customers and a gentleman complaining about his order. At this very busy time I assume the store or shift manager takes someone to discuss there performance. So inappropriate and unprofessional in a busy lobby. The manager at this time thought it was more important to have a discussion then to take care of the flury (see what I did there) of customers. I frequently get parked getting 1 double cheese burger...this place has gone way down hill and my visits are becoming less and less"
"It's McDonald's. Solid fry game (hot and salty) nothing to complain about. Service is usually fast. You can tell who has passion and who just wants to move you along in line (not in a rude way). Which it totally acceptable, in my opinion for fast food. It's just fast food. It's warm. I was hungry, but now I'm not."
"Disgusting raw in center chicken sandwich. Never acknowledged or made eye contact with me while waiting at drive thru. Did I mention that the chicken sandwich was raw in the middle? Nasty!!!"
