"I love the regular hamburger, always have But I don't even get that anymore. Really I try not to get anything that involves ketchup, it's always everywhere but on the food. Hard to get off your fingers and face when they don't give u napkins. Totally down hill ever since the abotonies from houlton sold it.. wheres Wendy's???"

"The workforce in general has gone down hill. People it seems are just there for a paycheck. No "good morning/evening" no "thank you" said by employees. Literally order food get food eat food with minimal human interaction. The pre-order kiosks are good but I guess I'm old-fashioned and like to talk to a human when ordering. I feel McDs needs a revamp on QUALITY employees."

"The woman who served me this morning was tremendously rude. I pickup food often on my way to work and I always use curbside because it is quick and convenient. The server very aggressively threatened me not to use curbside during winter. If its not an offering, then it should just be inactive on the app. My suspicion is she's just a Karen. Curbside is quicker than waiting in a drive through lane. I really home management reconsiders who they have facing the public."
