"I went through the tim Hortons drive through for a coffee in Presque isle Maine tonight 10/14/2023 at 9:45 pm. The lady working drive through told us she would be right with us. After sitting there for 15 minutes the screen where u place your orders went into sleep mode. The drive through attendant didn't say anything and made us wait for 15 minutes than she shut down the drive through. I found it very rude and not very good customer service may I remind u. I feel like who ever the female drive through attendant should be spoken to about it. I've worked at a restaurants like Tim Hortons and I know how it feels to want to get out of work at the end of the night but that's no excuse to be rude and shut down well you knowingly have customers waiting for something small like a coffee after making them wait 15 minutes and than decide not to take that customers order cuz u wanna go home. When we pulled up to the speaker box at 9:45 to place a coffee order instead of telling us she would be right with us and than just ignoring the fact that we sat there under the impression she was going to be right with us in a minute she could've just informed us that it was 9:45 PM and the restaurant closes in 15 minutes than we would've been much more understanding than being totally and completely ignored after being under the impression we would be attended to after a moment. I'm almost insulted honestly and I feel completely disrespected. I will be goingbyklklk7"
"The donut was amazing! I did have to wait a few minutes before ordering. I came for a donut and I got exactly that, and it was delicious. Pretty empty as well so easy to get a table. Good atmosphere. Always pretty chill and pretty empty."
"The staff is super friendly here. The sweets are delicious. I tried the Oreo iced capp and it's off the rails yummy. They have the best bagel sandwich around. I'm so glad I stopped here for a treat."
