"I work near the Taco Bell and too often I walk over and I can't get in to order since the Lobby is closed. I'm not walking back to my car to use the drive in when I work so close. I don't mind using the kiosk but they are often short staffed."
"The restaurant is now in some limbo state. You can try and order food on the app, and it'll let you do it, only to get there and find out the restaurant is closed. Not just the lobby, but also the drive thru. You don't know it until you get to the speaker and there's no signage, only a voice informing you they're closed. Least you could turn off the app from orders, instead of making me have to cancel and find something else."
"This Taco Bell is a constant train wreck. I really WANT to like it, as it is walking distance from work, but mismanagement and lazy staff make it a struggle. Today, the lobby was closed, at least this time for a good reason. (I have gone before and the lobby is closed--no rhyme or reason). Today the heat was broken, so they lobby was unlocked for delivery orders ONLY. So I go in and ask if I can just get an order to go. No one will take my order. Can I use the kiosk? No our lobby is closed. Well obviously its open because I'm standing in it. As I turn to leave an employee helpfully(NOT!) suggests that I can get a delivery service. So let me get this straight..the solution to my problem is to pay a delivery driver to come pick up my food so he/she can hand it to me as I'm standing in the unlocked lobby. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. Instead of using a brain, five employees would rather stand around and pick their nose and talk than take/fulfill an order. Really..we're paying $15/hr for this?"
"I work near by and they close their dining room due to short staffing. No good when your walking. You can see the employees inside doing absolutely nothing too. Must be nice to show up to work and decide you want it easy so you hang a sign on the door turning customers away. What a joke."
"Shoutout to the crew on 4/30/23 around 1pm. We got 3 soft, 3 hard shell tacos and a Crunchwrap supreme, all notorious for being nearly empty. Every taco was filled to the brim with the perfect ratio of ingredients. Everything tasted fresh. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s (as have we all) over the years and rarely am I this satisfied with an order. Excellent, thank you."
