"As a single mom, budgeting is huge and customer service goes a long way. I live up the street so I come in daily for cleaning supplies, holiday stuff and and everyday needs. Robert greeted me daily when I came in, along with every other customer that came in after me. No matter what day, I was greeted with the same kindness a d positive attitude- every time! You can always hear him saying hello and asking if customers needed help. I’ve never received such amazing customer service from anyone. I’m a sales customer service Mgr, so customer service means everything to me. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. The way he helps the employees he works with is incredible. I’ve never walked out of this store without a smile, and that’s directly due to Robert taking his job seriously while maintaining the most positive attitude I’ve ever seen. Robert deserves a huge raise, he literally sets the vibe in this store and definitely makes it a very positive experience."
"Absolutely LOVE North Reading Dollar Tree. Robbie and his employees are so nice! I can't believe how well stocked and organized this location is. I've been to other Dollar Trees and they don't even compare. You won't believe all the bargains you will find! A lot of brand names as well."
