"Workers are always wonderful! The only issue I have is that they must not refill the hot chocolate machine much because I have consistently gotten watery hot chocolate from here. Other than that everything else is great!"
"I only came to Dunkin for the HOT caramel macchiato. Now that is not worth the trip. After 3 recent trips at 3 different locations the HOT caramel macchiato was burnt in flavor, tempid and flavorless. For the $5 I'd rather put that towards gas money and keep on driving."

"This Dunkin’ location is a tier above all others in the area. Friendly, organized, efficient, accurate, clean… and this is all coming from someone who visited during a huge rush, including during a Box o’ Joe order (which depletes their hot coffee and makes things harder for a few minutes!). I came here because there’s no power in Andover and I wanted Dunkin’. It’s a few minutes away from my place but now I have a new go-to Dunkin’. Also, excellent parking and nicely-laid-out drive-thru."
"It pains me to give any Dunks a 3 star, but long story short. The croissant sandwich was cold, and the soda was warm. As I was leaving the drive through was backed up around the building but employees were hanging out a back door vaping. I am sure this will change quickly and be back to 5 stars though."
