As far as my prescriptions go, they would have my medicine ready for me when I called which was very helpful because it was very important that I got my medicine especially when I ran out of certain ones."

"First, if you call it takes a long time for someone to answer if they do answer. Sometimes they don't bother to answer. Second, they tell you to pickup prescription in two hours and when you get there they tell you it will be ready in two more hours. I have noticed too, that some employees are working even being sick with a cold with a a mask on their mouth. Are these employees overloaded with work and a short staff?"
