"Best CVS I have EVER had"
"The pharmacy staff work hard and are understaffed so I have sympathy for their situation. That being said, it’s very frustrating to try to call them and wait on hold for 20 mins only to be hung up on. This happened to me on 1/19/22 and I tried to call back again immediately after and was hung up on again after 25 mins. They could have just picked up and told me they are extremely busy and can’t help me at the moment. That would have been about 10 times more professional and would have saved me the second call."
"The pharmacy staff members are always really nice, but I think the problem is that the pharmacy just needs more staff. The line for dropping off prescriptions has never been less than a 10-minute wait, literally that’s the least it’s been. Same with picking up. For the two or three times I’ve needed to call the pharmacy, it’s been a 50-60 minute wait every time. If anyone in cvs management is listening: you need more people here."
"This is absolutely the worst pharmacy here in Lynn durty no care in the world about time drop off prescription early in the morning 6:40 PM still not ready what a joke"
"I kind of like it when you are shopping but the pharmacy is bad you never get your medication in time, u have to call doctor insurance.... cz the medication is never ready it takes like a week to be ready when u need it asap"
