"Order placed through their Saratoga location, like I have done numerous times before. The order went to the Albany location and when I called with their error, they told me it was a door dash issue and not their problem. Horrible service! I wish you never purchased Romas and ruined a good deli. Just go to just meats off exit 13."

"This place has gotten my bruschetta sandwich wrong many times. It was only one time where they did it right. Bruschetta consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil. When I receive the sandwich, the bread is soft, white and falling apart. The sandwich is also cold, and that includes the chicken. Also, the sandwich isn't compressed. Multiple thin layers of each ingredient ensure even flavor throughout the sandwich. Pressing the sandwich removes the air between layers, making a compact sandwich. They have only gotten it right once where the sandwich was crispy, compressed and actually tasted like a bruschetta sandwich would. It's mighty disappointing to order bruschetta anything and get anything but."

"I rarely do Google reviews but need to for Cardona’s. We recently had a death in the family and as other family members arrived into a fairly chaotic situation, we needed some good food quickly for the group. Even though the catering “window” for the day was closed, I spoke to Jessica E. by phone. I explained the situation, she checked with the kitchen and they accommodated us in less than 2 hours. The food was delicious and the trays were stuffed full. Jessica even drove a salad that they didn’t have in the Albany store from Latham, met me at the counter, and they tucked a condolence card into the order. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time and food to match. I can’t say enough positive about the experience!!"

"Can’t believe I’ve lived in this area for 15 years and today was my 1st time here! I had a weekday off and knew I’d be in this area without kids and was looking for somewhere to buy myself lunch. I wanted soup! So here I was. The street parking was not hard to find. The staff were all so chipper and helpful. I picked a soup from the 4 choices offered. I also got 2 of the prepared salads (broccoli salad and antipasto). I couldn’t decide what to get from the hot bar and ended up picked chicken piccata with penne from the menu. Although it was very busy, the place ran like a well oiled machine. The food; chefs kiss. I can’t wait to return to try something new."

"My daughter recommended this place for catering after trying it at work. There was a last minute change of plans and I needed catering for a small group of 14-15 people for a very important event. I reached out to catering and spoke with Jessica E. She was responsive, friendly and compassionate to my situation. Jessica emailed me right away and assisted me through the whole process. She was wonderful! Great customer service. Now for the food…… It was beautifully packaged, steaming hot, and delicious!! We ordered eggplant parm, chicken Marsala, penne with Marinara, a garden salad and some Italian bread. All the dishes came in aluminum trays, packaged inside sturdy boxes for easier handling and with their own serving spoons. I also ordered a cake which was absolutely delicious and looked just like the pic I sent them. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future events!"
