"Horrible management!!! I am moving and flying to my new destination and bought rubber travel bin that is 100% made from Bauer it’s a tool box heavy duty. I bought this item a week and a half ago and it is too big. I am leaving in 2 days so I wanted to return it. Long story short this is the honest truth. It had a little water on it from the morning due and ADAM the manager said I could not return it. This item was an outside item that was waterproof. I wipe the water off he said that I could not return it still. I honestly don’t leave reviews like this, but he was so rude and it’s brand new still . I also had a receipt. Everything was in perfect condition."

"I bought a truck rack from this junk store. The rack was universal however, it did not work on the 2018 Tacoma. So it cannot be offered as universal. When I returned it, the cashier said that the money would be back in the account in two hours since I had paid with my debit card. It wasn't and my account was negative. The super stupid manager Adam, who was chatting with other employees at the back of the store, when asked about returning the money said that if I wanted it I would have to wait five working days. They took it out of my account immediately and it will take a week to return it. I spent another fifteen years buying from this rubbish store. Happened in Danvers store, Massachusetts."

"very clean, excellent staff, i own a repair shop, and i was looking for workbench table, and i was approach with a couple of employee and they couldn't do enough to help me, i ended up buying 3 items, when it comes to pay it was Sabrina at customer service who made my day, she recommended to open an account, which i got 20% of the total bill, and it took he a couple of minutes to finish with a great discount and the she took the time to explain everything with lots of ease and understanding, thank you Sabrine, good job"

"Clean and functional store. Aisles are well marked. I purchased a storage rack for my car hitch. Good quality product, went together easily. My only issue was/is the square tubing doesn’t work well with tie downs."
