"The salon was filthy with trash overflowing in the bathroom and a general dirtiness. The nail polish used was clumped and the man who did my nails was careless. He wanted to finish as soon as possible so he could talk on his phone or with the other technician. Very disappointing service."

"I called Cindy’s for pricing and availability for a pedicure and they were able to get me right in within a half hour! I arrived and was asked to choose my color, I wanted French tips and gel polish, so I was asked to have a seat. After a few short minutes my chair was ready for me. I could tell by the conversations going on that many customers were regulars. The massage chair was enjoyable while I was having my service. The technician did a very good job. When I paid, there was a note at the counter asking for tips in cash. I did not have cash and was able to add a gratuity to my charge. I’m new to the area as I moved a few months ago to York. I will definitely be at this business on a regular basis."
