"I called on short notice and Shay was able to fit me in for a color correction that week. I had highlights done a month or so ago somewhere else that had turned stripey and were contrasted way too much against my dark hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got right to it and made my hair look 10x better in only 3 hours by toning the highlights at the top of my head so that there wasnt such intense contrast and then lightening the bottom of my hair, which is what I wanted. I don’t live in the area anymore, but would definitely come back when I’m back visiting home. Thank you Shay!"
