She slammed her hand on the glass box where all the baked goods are when I didn’t decide what I wanted fast enough… I’ve never met someone so disrespectful just boxing cakes I was genuinely shocked by the way she acted while on the job and the attitude along with it… very unprofessional… I’ve never had a bad experience here so was very shocking and took me by surprise"
