"The owner of the salon I used to go to moved out of state so I was looking for a new one. I tried Yuan because they were local and close. I got a full ANC set on my natural nails. She cut my fingers in a couple of places and the design I asked for was sloppy. But what really got me was every single nail broke. The first 2 broke within hours. I went back and got them fixed the next day. Then 3 more broke within another couple days (5 total in less than a week), and an additional 2 more broke the following week. These were my birthday set and I was really upset. They also cost more than my previous salon which I had been going to for a year and never broken a single nail. Let alone 7 in under two weeks. I will not be going back. They were kind, and the shop was clean but outside of that my nails were terrible quality and im sad."
