"Terrible, would give a lower rating if I could. Allison does not know color. DO NOT let her touch your hair. A simple task turned disaster and I had to spend a ton to fix elsewhere. I had zebra stripes, drops of color in areas there should not have been (like she spilled on me in areas of my head), blunt abrupt stop short highlights that did not go to the root, orange everywhere, and breakage from fire root. I had not colored my hair in a year to get it super healthy and she undid that in one session. She blamed it on the poor lighting in the salon. I am so glad I didn't let her cut it too. I will never go here again. Hi I know you think she asked me to come in but she actually forgot she canceled on me last minute. I had mentioned to her how unprofessional it looked to not remember your own schedule. I truly don’t think she was capable of fixing after what a horrible mess she made. I already had ombré just needed a touch up to hide my grays. I am so glad I found someone else to repair. I have been happy with them every since. Good luck and hope for the future your stylist will do something on brushing up on today’s trends rather than saying they know how to do it and winging it."

"I went to this salon with great expectations of a fresh look. I brought pictures of up to date curl/perm ideas I wanted and was assured I would be satisfied... After being interrupted several times by her cell phone I believe she forgot how to set a perm at all ... I said to her I didn't think she put solution on the lower rods and she said they were saturated even though I felt no moisture there and the way she rolled my hair was exactly as I remembered from years ago...Which she said wouldn't be the results...I also brought with me packages of new bendable rollers in the size of curls I wanted which she said she didn't think using them would curl hair.. even though that's all I had used 12 years ago before I let my hair go straight... I now am only half curly (wavey...) And half straight... Which was where I felt no solution... Not at all satisfied and I would take all $110.00 back if I could... I had to cut 3 inches off my hair because she didn't even keep my hair straight on the rod she chose to use which she was having major difficulty getting 5 rollers unstuck.... Breaking my hair in the meantime... Which I told her it was breaking I heard it and she said no it's not... Not a professional hairstylist..."
