"First time there. The food was great. Good menu. Atmosphere.... was cozy. Service.... lacking that time, but I'm hoping it'll be better next time. Because I will definitely go back again for the food alone."

"I dug this place a lot. Halfway between me and a friend, perfect spot for a few quick beers, a satisfying burger, and late game football. The roaring wood stove, low beamed ceiling, and friendly staff made this a relaxing, unpretentious visit. You could tell from several large multigenerational parties this is a well-loved spot."

"Had the butternut squash soup, butternut ravioli and the stuff sole. All was delicious."

"Lobster bisque was terrific! Buffalo chicken tenders were average and never came with a sauce. French fries were fresh cut and plentiful but came with a ridiculously small cup of ketchup. We asked for a side of bleu cheese....it is home made and the best I have ever had. Service was very slow (we were the first and only customers at the time) but friendly."
