"Used to be my favorite barber shop for years. I've tried making multiple appointments for haircuts in the past few months and every time we show up early to a closed up shop after Steve promising he'd be there to cut our hair. After wasting more then 3 hours of our time driving back and forth along with the expensive gas these days... I have to call it quits on this place. Used to be 5 star. Google needs negative 5 star reviews for this one... at least call your customers who come so far when you're not going to be there at a promised time."
