"I've only been here once and paid sooooo much money for no reason. They literally charge you for every little thing. And the customer service is very friendly but its like its their way to manipulate you into charging you so much money. Its ridiculous. I could've got everything she charged me for including a treatment AND CUT for just $60 at a dominican spot in roxbury. It definitely was not worth more than $120 along with her 2 minute "consultation" which was an extra $20. These women are money hungry and manipulative, friendly but its all very fake at the end of the day, they just want to milk as much cash from you as possible when you are sitting in their chair. Its very shady business and I didn't like the vibes energy at all. Scammers for sure. Not worth it. Go to Roxbury, Somerville and you will pay waaay less for just as good if not better quality hair service. pssshhh $200 plus my a****! ****in response to owner on my review....i have been to your spot im just using a different email address. No one is bullying, I am speaking nothing but facts....you charge way too much money for everything. Its absurd and equivalent to robbery. If I am lying there are other reviews saying the same exact thing. Why would I just go on some random hair salon business to bully? I don't gain anything from that lol. I have the right to give my honest review and opinion."

"They are good but they play you with your money. I did a $50 deposit to book and they charge me an extra $223 for style so a total of $273 for a silk press and cut when it’s advertise for $150 and $25 for trim equals $175. They also charged me $20 for a consultation which I didn’t ask for being that it was my third time in the salon I wasn’t a new client. The prices have a + sign I understand but they already charging a lot of money my hair is a little past shoulder length 4a not hard to manage. Going from $175 to $273 is a $98 up charge so I pay $100 more than the price advertise. I was literally robbed. The fact they change the price whenever possible is not good."

"1-Stop Shop! I would like to give the hugest shout out to Reyma for spending 6+ Hours doing natural box braids on me! She first started by washing and treating my scalp and hair. She blow-dried my hair and got straight to it! Tight grip, perfect parting.. my braids look absolutely amazing! I could rave about the quality of this service forever and she's super kind and funny too! The music was A+ too! Absolutely recommend getting your hair done by her!"
