"We've been to this location a few times since it opened. The prices are high as compared to the food quality. Our orders have taken longer than expected during each visit regardless of how busy the restaurant was."
"This was my favorite place to go a few times a week. It is sad to say this but the last 3 times that I have gone in the evening, they ask you to pull up to and wait at the sidewalk. Not the end of the world to wait 20 minutes so I was okay with it. The last time i went, the person waiting in front of me pulled out and just drove off. My recent experience was they forget my order when I drove up to pay, so I gave it to them again and pulled up to wait at the sidewalk again. At 42 minutes I had to walk inside to get it. They either forgot I was out there or just didn't care about the time. They staff is wonderful kids but it doesn't seem like there is anyone mature who is in charge in the evenings. If you go, be prepared to wait."
"Always Good food. Standard Panera fare. My son loved the new "sub" desk sandwich. Coffee, alternative, drinks, always good with a variety of milks etc. Nicely laid out. Beautiful big windows. Fireplace. Very warm and bright space. Makes a difference. Very inviting."
"The location is now moved across the road on the opposite side. No longer in the plaza with Taco Bell. Very nice in side. Polite staff and easy to order food inside with the kiosk. Added photo of the new location with this review. The only thing I think that could be better is the size of the 1/2 sandwich. I ordered the half toasted steak and white cheddar. Looked to me it was more of a 1/4. The price for food was little on the high side I think too. They were out of the broccoli cheddar soup."
