"Update: emailed the email that was giving and never heard back, clearly it was giving to show face here but they don’t actually care.. Ordered food through the mobile app and it said it was ready within a few minutes. I went In and my order was ready. I checked it because I always do since they’ve gotten my order wrong a few times. And it was nothing in my order and assumed they gave me someone else’s order. I told them and they went to make my order right away. The thing that freaked me out was they wrapped back up the order that I opened and looked through… I have a cold right now and touched the food and they closed it back up and retaped it. It was a DoorDash pick up too so I couldn’t even inform the person… I was so shocked and grossed out… I will never order delivery again from them and never go to that location again if they’re fine with giving people food that other people had there hands on."

"LADY WITH MASKS !! I come here every day however today she wanted to be rude. Disrespect should not be tolerated at anyone’s restaurant. You’re way too old to be at this job anyway, your attitude is not for the front line. Have her cleaning the bathroom, mop floors, take out trash you don’t need to deal with customers to nasty. Main reason why you’re hiding your face."

"Don't come late night. As of Nov 2023 they are listed as open til 2am Fridays and Saturdays. I placed an online order at 12:45am on a Saturday and tried to pick it up around 1:15 am. I paid for this food. At the window I was told first that they were closed, then that they didn't get the order, and when I showed them the receipt on my phone they said they "didn't feel like making it because they close soon". The order was 4 items. I submitted a request for a refund online and still have not gotten it. Tonight I pulled in to the drive thru line at 12:30 and got to the speaker at around 12:50 and was told they were closed. I asked if they were supposed to be open, they asked me if I would like to speak to the manager, I said yes please, and they hung up on me. 30 minutes later, when I finally got to the window an employee ran to the window to lock it then ran to the back of the store. I waited until I could get another employees attention and told them I was waiting to speak to the manager, and they told me "the manager is not coming out of the office". Literally an hour of my life wasted trying to order 10 bucks worth of food. There were 6 cars behind me as well, I hope they weren't treated so poorly."

"They make the food right and quickly. They gave me the wrong food today and made it right immediately. Definitely great staff who go above and beyond . My favorite taco bell in the capital district. Edit: took them awhile to get me my food today , so they gave me a drink for my wait. Really have gone above and beyond here."

"I am disgusted, disappointed, and all-around displeased with this location. I have a bad allergy to fresh cheese, milk, creams, and yogurts. I placed an order through doordash, I customized my order to reflect this allergy. (Yes I can eat a dorito shell and get away without a serious reaction) however when I placed my order for the crunchwrap box, I had noticed that restaurant was not accepting any notations in the box provided that I could add that I had an allergy, so I selected "contact me", to be proactive I even attempted to call the location to make sure they knew. Well, of course the phone just rang about 20 times then hung up with a click... defeated all I could do was hope they did it right when it was delivered. Nope not at all, my dorito taco was covered in cheese and my frozen drink arrived 2/3's full....I am noting that I paid extra for both items. I tried calling the restaurant again, but again no answer. I am livid. Had I not seen the cheese I would have had an extremely bad reaction. This is NOT okay, if people click no cheese on all their options it should be a giveaway that they have an allergy being that the restaurant does not allow you to add in any comments to your order. This is not the first time Tacobell has disregarded my allergy, and it doesn't matter if the order is placed in person, via drive through, or through the app. Each time I have to go through every item if I am in person to verify that the order is correct, and 90% of the time it is not. This has also happened at the tacobell location in North Greenbush and Latham. I never plan to ever order from TacoBell again. Clearly, their staff does not care about the impact certain foods have on individuals. Not only is this concerning but hazardous. I do not recommend this location or any Tacobell for that matter if you have an allergy."
