"I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The management was incredibly supportive, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The neighbors were delightful, and the past two years have simply flown by. All in all, it has been a pleasant place to reside. The gardens are well kept, ample amount of place for kids and pets. The apartments are of decent size."

"Overall, this was a nice place to live. The pros are heat is included, dogs are allowed, overall location, it’s not a tenement, and if you’re lucky enough to get an upgraded apartment, they are really nice. The cons are the noise from Route 140 (especially in the summer), the floors are not soundproof at all so you hear absolutely everything below you or above you. And when I say everything I mean everything. It’s nice not having anyone on any of the sides but the flipside is you hear everything either above you or below you, (This could be very difficult for someone going into an apartment for the very first time), and lastly, you’re asked to sign a marijuana addendum upon move-in yet everyone smokes it. People smoke it on their patios/balconies and the smoke comes into your apartment when windows are open which is a huge problem for someone who gets migraines from the smell. I saw no rats, cockroaches, or bugs of any kind while I was here. Plenty of squirrels to keep you entertained; be sure to have some peanuts ready for them. Lastly, Kelly in the office is awesome! You couldn’t ask for a nicer property manager than her. All in all, a good experience."

"Loud people living here... People go to fast up and down this street. Previous manager has left, a very good thing, she did nothing to be of help. Hope new manager the best at cleaning up the mess previous manager left behind. I hope it all gets better. This used to be a feal fun place to live and visit neighbors."

"Patrica Butler-RESIDENT 2016 - 2018 Not Recommended Reviewed 08/21/2018 Do not move here unless you want to deal with rats , cockroaches , rude employees and have your security deposit stolen by lying employees under oath. DO NOT leave unless you get a signed piece of paper stating your damage if any especially the carpet . Ask staff to do a walk through before you leave and turn in your keys . They make up lies of damages . Also remember MA state law landlords have 30 days to return your security deposit . Be careful also for example you will receive check 37 days after numerous attempts but check is dated the correct date for them but not the dat"
