"I love how it is close to all public transportaions and the east coast. If you are fortunate enough to be able to rent an apt there consider yourself lucky. Great maintenance and clean halls and common areas. Everyone who cares like I do find ways to be a part of a friendly community and pitch in here and there to keep it clean and enjoyable. So If you see me walking down the street don't be shy and say"HI!"."
"My experience was not a good one. For starters the cock roaches are disgusting that I don't even want to allow my child to play on the floor I have to put something down on the floor first. Some tenants have bed bugs so bad and they don't try to get rid of them. They leave the furniture that is infested in the hallway and then of course they end up everywhere. It's not fair to the tenants that are clean and try to prevent this from happening. I think that management should think about doing something about these issues before someone calls the health department and the place is shut down because of an issue that could have been dealt with. Thank you and I hope that these issues are taken care of in an orderly fashion."
