"If i could rate this a -10 i would! This is the WORST living space i have ever encountered. It is absolutely FILTHY, i have encountered roaches,bed bugs, mice all in one over and over. The staff are all VERY unprofessional and low class, NOTHING gets fixed. How this place is still being rented is beyond me. They have leaking ceilings, heating issues, the main doors stay broken for months on end, snow removal is HELL, their buildings are very raggedy. They take NO pride whatsoever in this establishment. They also raise rents yearly while they continue to do nothing. I am embarrased to have stayed here, i hope no one does this to theirselves even out of need."
"If you want headaches, then move into this place. The rent is high, maintenance crew comes 3 months after you report any issue and if you are late with your rent after the 5th, you get a 14-days notice to move or a letter from their attorneys taking you to court. Very rude customer service and management. The only good guys are the maintenance crew and they are not at fault to be late when the management calls them 3 months after you have reported the problem to them."
