"Recently moved into Whitney Towers. We had an effortless move-in experience and every day, we are astounded by the management team and the residents. The building is beautifully maintained and professionally managed. The amenities are incomparable. We are enjoying the indoor pool, which is warm and very clean. There is a lovely spirit here. A recent event organized by the management team was collecting various supplies for those in military service. We took much joy in the volume of contributions given by residents. There are events to build community including Yoga classes and coffee hours. Highly recommend living here and it is truly welcoming to all ages and cultures."

"I've lived in Whitney Towers since August and have been loving it. The staff is super friendly and the building is very well maintained (shout-out to Harold). The building has many different apartment layouts with plenty of storage and there are some amenities as well. Pricing is fairly reasonable all things considered. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Watertown!"

"We lived here for 2 years (2019 to 2021). We were absolutely delighted with the apartment, management, location and excellent maintenance team. The building is old but it is well planned and built; yoga room, gym, play room and heated pool all within the building! The only complaint I have is the tight parking space but not a deal breaker. We moved because of the no pet policy but if the management starts to allow pets, they are looking at a returning tenant."

"The apartment is perfectly located off of Main Street and very convenient for taking to T and getting to area restaurants and events in the park. Parking is a little cramped but diligently plowed during bad weather. The management company was initially very nice, but became highly irritable after bringing a number of things to their attention, like the stove not working when we moved in, leaks in the closet from the above apartment, mice, electrical power issues when aging fuse box arced and our apartment was reduced to half power before a snow storm. When asking about the air quality (and whether our air filter had been serviced) we were told that they did not give “concierge” service. When asked if any of our requests were unreasonable they accepted that none of them were things we shouldn’t have brought to their attention, and yet the insulting comment remained. Our last straw was that our name ended in an “A” and we were receiving excessive calls during holidays. We were told that there was nothing they could do and that they recommended we move to a place with a different door system. Before our lease expired we just got them to change the name on the door system so we were “B” and the next “A” tenant would get all the default calls from the front door. It’s been over a year later and I still occasionally got calls from the front door even though we moved out. We tried to give them flowers on Valentine’s Day and withhold bringing anything else to their attention to see if it might improve their moody responses to issues. The maintenance staff was excellent however and not only seemed to care, but tried to be proactive. This attitude seemed the opposite of the management staff whose only excuse seemed to be that they have been doing this for a long time. We ended up moving at the next opportunity (end of lease) and realized there are so many better places to live."
