"FOR ANY FEMALE THINKING OF LIVING HERE DO NOT! They lie they aren’t making any changes they probably never will I been here for over a year so don’t let them fool you. I’m a girls girl so I’m gonna tell you as a single female mother living alone I been living in fear for my own safety as if I don’t have to deal with that enough as a female and watermills does not care about the safety of their residents especially the female ones THEY WILL COMPLETELY DISREGARD YOUR CONCERNS! Brent and Kevin in the leasing office are not at all empathetic to a females concerns of safety and make sure to get everything in writing from them because they will lie with a straight face no problem. These are shady guys not friendly or considerate to females Brent only seems to listen when a man is speaking. He once told me that the male who was harassing and stealing from me “was a small guy and didn’t seem like a threat” that’s not okay and I Iet so many things slide with these guys but I’m really done with that because they will take full advantage. Don’t let their new name fool you either as told to me by the regional manager, they only changed their company name and everything else is the still the same but that’s not shady not at all. The willow brook website will talk about honesty and integrity but this place has none of that. I have had everything underneath the sun happen to me since living here and I’m gonna break it down… So dear future tenants… Your packages will 100% get stolen from the mailroom they claim to be putting in a “camera” but don’t bank on it because it takes them months to do anything around here. I was told they was getting cameras in December when I had a $1,200 gift stolen still waiting on it. MAKE SURE you lock your car doors even if you park in residential parking which also has no cameras! Lock your front door and your patio door even if you’re inside because I have not just had my packages stolen but due to fear of retaliation, I won’t go into that right now but I will soon! LOCK YOUR DOORS I urge yous and maybe even get a watch dog. When I listed my concerns to the regional manager they told me “it could happen anywhere” sure it could but my brother who pays the same amount on rent and has a much nicer building and lives two blocks away in a apartment building as well and he has never had any of these issues so it’s the management. For my lady’s don’t go through the front entrance on the weekends because 8-9 pm after dark there will be shady and sketchy high males that hang out in the guest parking lot and they will hit on you and they will offer you drugs I had this happen just as recently as last Saturday. I usually have to run inside but then their is the fun convenient times where the “locked secure doors that needs fog keys” are propped open with a fire extinguisher, Block or package and sometimes for over 24 hours so safety is really all the rage here at watermills. My son who is also special needs and asthmatic cannot walk through on the weekends because of the marijuana clearly being smoked he stays up coughing and wheezing. Forget about the little things like the garbage “room”and rodents they will tell you that they have exterminators but they only come out once a month and if your at work while they are in the building your not gonna see anyone till the next month also the construction will go on for months it doesn’t get done. They have dogs not on leashes that can come running up to attack you my kid is still traumatized over a situation when we was leaving for school one morning Straight out of a movie scene! and watch where you step! I will be posting on social media a fully detailed story about this place soon. Not female friendly, not safe, not worth the money!"

"Walls are paper thin, I can hear every word my neighbor says in his conversations and the floor shakes and thuds with every step, especially his 2 young kids, at least 50% of all packages you will ever get delivered here will be stolen by your neighbors, hallways always smell like smoke, nothing is ever fixed, dangerous construction. Each and every apartment on 3rd floor has ceiling leaks and when your furniture is damaged they don’t compensate. Giant black ants inside everyone’s apartments. Elevator screams and slams very VERY loud every time it is used, my daughter plugs her ears when she is inside it is so loud. Front door access system always broken and you get locked out because there is no key. Dumpsters always over flowing with trash everywhere and awful smell. The dryer heat element is broken so it MELTS clothes on delicate setting. Everyone complains and leasing office responds but nothing is ever done. Everyone is breaking leases and getting out. DO NOT MOVE HERE. To management: I saw your response, and you’re already had many chances to “go over my concerns”, I’ve brought them to you many times and you refuse to do anything about them."

"The environment of my apartment is absolutely delightful. It's surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful river working path and tall trees that provide ample shade. The air is fresh and clean, making it a joy to step out for a walk or spend time in the outdoor areas. The serenity of the surroundings creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The scenic views from my apartment are breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the environment. The apartment administration is incredibly responsive and efficient. The management team is always prompt in addressing any concerns or inquiries I have, whether it's regarding maintenance requests, lease renewals, or general inquiries. They are professional, courteous, and proactive in ensuring that residents' needs are met. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my apartment."

"Don't do it. From day one there have been issues with this building. 1) When we moved in there were ants all over the floor - this was the day we were moving in! Since then they have subsided but neighbors have asked us if we have mice...because they do. 2) On the top floor, our roof has been leaking for 5 months. Numerous maintenance work orders and roofers later..it still leaks. 3) Paper thin walls and flooring. My floor shakes when the people in the apartment below me are moving, I can hear when they're talking and can hear the neighbor directly beside me. In no way is this their fault...they are living their normal lives but the building is just built terribly. 4) Exterior doors slam when closed and shake all neighboring apartments, another example of how poor the construction is. 5) Parking spaces are ridiculously small and have masonry formed around the support beams which encroach even further into your space - if you're lucky you might even get a drain pipe and an extra bollard to reduce your parking space even further. Our car was hit by a neighbor but again...this is 99% due to the poor design of the building. We reported the damage to management and never heard back. 6) There is a dog that barks non-stop from its balcony at all activities going on in the courtyard as well as anyone who walks past in the hallway. 7) Garbage is always full and smells terrible due to the spillage on the floor. 8) Multiple packages have been stolen from the mailroom. 9) Both of my bikes have been vandalized and wheels stolen from the parking garage. I had a leaking kitchen sink drain which was repaired quickly by the maintenance staff (thank you, you've gotten 1 Star for this review) and it is a very nice location with the Charles river path right at your back door. This place is brand new and I expect it will continue to deteriorate. Good to know the fire alarm works at 2:30am though, can't wait for the next wake up call. Thanks Watermills!"
