"I walked in on a whim for a cut. The entire staff was friendly. Jenna was able to squeeze me in with Sonya so I didn't have to come back at another time. Sonya was wonderful, talked to me about what I wanted, and even cut another inch when I saw that the 2 inches I had originally asked for wasn't enough. I never felt rushed. Jenna checked in on me a few times. Overall, it was a great experience, especially since I didn't have an appointment. I will definitely be going back."

"Had a facial with Skyler today 9/30/23 at your North Greenbush/Troy location and it was amazing. It wasn't the acne facial but the deep pore facial but I feel it was amazing. Definitely worth the price and worth doing! I was about an hour but I only felt like I was there 15 minutes, SO relaxing and worth every penny. I'll definitely be coming back at some point in the future! I look forward to having my hair done by Ashley there in a few weeks!"

"Very pushy with sales. The girl who did my hair(Ashley first told me I had to use K18) before highlights or my hair would “break off” she then proceeded to add it to the highlighting bottle and then again to my hair after washing it; without asking for the 2 extra times. At $35.00 a use my bill is now nearly a hundred dollars more and I could have purchased a bottle for her to use right at the salon for less if I’d known she was going to go ahead and do this. Very tacky, very nickel and dime. And as usual with most conditioning treatments yes hair feels better afterward but once you wash it, it feels just like it did before. It can help prevent further damage but it won’t make your hair new again like she said…when she pushed and pushed me to also buy a bottle. I was also charged for a shadow root which I didn’t ask for and wasn’t asked if I wanted and she told me I didn’t need a haircut and charged me for a blowout; which cost more than the haircut and dry would have. After spending nearly $500 on highlights and a “blowout” that looked no better than anywhere else; I switched to another place."
