"I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day emergency appointment for my 8 year old cat suffering from what turned out to be a severe UTI. The vet, I believe Peter Dunn, was very thorough and explained all possible outcomes. After 2 rounds of antibiotics and change of diet, she’s now fine."
"Very friendly and knowledgeable vets and staff, couldn't fault this aspect of the experience. We were willing to pay a premium VS alternative clinics due to this, just not as much of a premium as they are currently asking, you may feel different. Hope a better balance can be struck in the future as we'd happily return more often."
"I had a terrible experience with Dr. Dunn. They decided to take him to a different room to draw blood where my dog started growling. I ask if they can just do a normal physical in front of me. He literally kicked me out of the hospital. My dog has been a patient in that hospital before and he never had issues. I truly don’t understand how people like Dr. Dunn can be veterinarians."
"This place is a RIP OFF, charged me $48 dollars for a cats nail trim?!?! At first, receptionist said the price is only $20. Then after the procedure was done, the receptionist says the price is $48 because the cat was difficult so there is a surcharge! Does that make any sense? What kind of cat would be calm while getting their nails done? Receptionist never clarified there were two prices at the beginning! Please Avoid this place! Con Artists! Zero stars!"
