"I was not only treated unfairly and with no bedside manner, which a pharmacist SHOULD HAVE; i.e. Compassion, Empathy, Concern, etc. I was berated and yelled at in front of the whole line of people behind me. I was mortified. It was over the fact I could not afford to pay for my psych medication, and needed to be billed to my insurance company. It was unreal. I couldn't contain the storm of emotions raining hard on me suddenly, I began to cry at 33 years old, as soon as I hit the parking lot. She should have pulled me aside to consultation to speak with me, never should she have broken HEPA laws, nor treated a customer that way."
