"The pharmacists at this location are terrible. I went in two days ago to pick up a medication that has always been free at other locations and they wanted to charge me $464 for it. My insurance doesn’t even let me go over a $40 copay so how they can tell me that’s my charge for medication is ridiculous. At another location, I had this same issue, but they were able to fix it and make it free (as it should be). I told them this two days ago and the pharmacist said “I’ll look into that when I’m able to.” I went in today, thinking that two days was a reasonable turnaround time for him to have done his job, but nope! When I went today, he hadn’t called. I then had a different male pharmacist talk to me like I’m an idiot who made the issue happen, instead of listening to me and just agreeing to call my insurance. I don’t know why they feel the need to belittle their customers, but I have never had this issue at other CVS locations and hope they change their tune to be more respectful and not mansplain to their female patrons."
