"This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office. The doctor we work with, while competent, is always behind schedule and the support staff are consistently rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. On one occasion this office almost gave my son an extra shot by mistake because they failed to record that he had previously received the shot. On another, we waited for over an hour because our doctor could not find his phone (we overheard him telling his staff this in the hallway). On a third occasion, we were told to schedule an appointment for a vaccination and when we arrived, were told that the shot was not in stock and that we should have called beforehand to ensure that the shot was in stock. We expressed disappointment, as the front desk scheduled the appointment just three days before, and the staff were incredibly rude to us when we tried to resolve the situation. We will never return to Cohasset Pediatrics and we would never recommend them to anyone else."

"One of the best pediatric offices we’ve had. We moved further but continue to see them because of how responsive they are. When my son goes the the ER we get a call from them to check on him. We do not have to chase them down."

"We love this pediatrician office. Dr. Levin is a fantastic doctor and always makes you feel heard and understood while giving helpful answers to any question you might have. The facility is always clean and quick and they have done a great job during COVID to keep their patients healthy. They have a sick door in the back and the one time we went with COVID symptoms they wore full body suits and came out to the car for testing and treatment. The best part is their off-hour service. You can call 24/7 and talk to a doctor if you have an health concern and they partner with the other three offices on the South Shore so there is always an office open on the weekend. We always feel taken care of and don't have to make unnecessary trips to the ER for weekend issues."

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I continue to recommend Cohasset Pediatrics to friends in the area because we are so happy with our experience there.
