"If you've been pleased with your former vets, you'll likely be taken back by this place. First, the front desk lady is nothing short of awful. Not sure if she's part owner but she clearly can do whatever she wants without consequence. One time I went in between work meetings only to stand in front of the blonde front desk lady who did not greet me or acknowledge me but instead spent the next 10 minutes talking to her car dealer about her renewal 5 months later. Aside from the terrible service in the front, the vets are equally as frustrating. Do not expect to have a vet that will work with you to find a cost effective solution. My dog is 29.8 pounds and the vet refused to round up for purposes of Apoquel. Literally 0.2 and as a result I had to pay about a hundred more. I'll be bringing my dogs elsewhere. This place is a joke."

"Go somewhere else! Two indoor cats with diarrhea. $700 ~ Came home with Panacur medication for worms. The following day their fecal test returned NEGATIVE for worms. Unfortunately the Vet did not test feces for BACTERIA."

"We have been patronizing Drumm Vet for over 30 years but the last year or so the place has gone down hill. I just took our dog today waited 30 minutes for them to fill a prescription and they only filled it because I complained. Waited another 10 minutes to check out. The people that worked there previously were so friendly and caring. Today the people that work there are I don’t know what but not friendly and caring."
