Inkwell Beach Cottage

"As a Level 7 Google Local Guide with over 15M photo views on my profile, I must recommend this beautiful cottage. The customer service is excellent. Cee & Coleen did a wonderful job of welcoming my wife and I to the cottage and the area. They are excellent hosts who take pride in their work and in their area. The cottage is very clean. The rooms have private baths. There is a restroom on the main floor as well. A light breakfast was included in the stay. Traveling to the cottage is not complicated. Simply take the Steamship Authority ferry from Woods Hole, MA to Oaks Bluff, and you can walk to the cottage. If you miss the ferry to Oaks Bluff, take the ferry to Vinyard Haven and catch the #13 bus to Oaks Bluff. There is a stop near the Inkwell Beach House. The ferry runs on a schedule so make sure you know know the times in advance. This cottage offers beautiful beach views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located directly across from the bus stop that takes you to other parts of the island. While the cottage is situated walking distance from the shopping and eateries, it is in an area that gets quiet at night so you can rest. This cottage can be as relaxing or as romantic as you wish. The front porch is huge and offers plenty of seating for those who simply want to lounge around, read a book, or people watch. Considering the beach is directly across the street, you can put on your swim gear and take a dip when ready. The internet was high speed so I was able to go online and record my live broadcast without and buffering. If you're looking to enjoy and explore Martha's Vinyard, this the Inkwell Beach Cottage is the perfect location."

"Staying at the Inkwell Beach House for our anniversary and meeting the owner Kahina was an honor and pleasure! We were literally met at the front door with water and wine. In the room, there was champagne and a handwritten card waiting for our arrival. The bed was comfortable, the artwork was breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious. Kahina was super knowledgeable about the island and the amenities. My goal is to stay at this beautiful home, or one of it’s sister properties, yearly. Best vacation ever!"

"Everyone was so incredibly nice, very comfy beds. Jump and a skip from the water as well, some rooms have views of the water. Tons of the cute Victorian cottages around the corner, and lots of places to eat walking distance. Highly recommended, thank you!"
