"I had to stay on Martha's vineyard a few times and enjoyed my stay at the Morgan and Franklin hotel(same ownership). The help desk is wonderful and pick up the phone immediately and help with any issue. I had to stay an extra night and they accommodated me to their sister hotel(the Franklin). Very clean rooms. Small but perfect for the reason I needed. Will definitely stay here for the price again. One of the cheaper prices hotels on vineyard."

"Our room on the 3rd floor was perfect for our 2 night stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Super convenient, super clean and excellent service from the "not so front desk". Anytime we texted with questions; the response time was impeccable. It was kind of weird never seeing anyone at a "front desk/receptionist area" but it was easy to come/go. Loved having the coffee bar, ice & water available at all times. My only suggestion for our room would be to provide a luggage rack as there was no place to store/put your bags other than on top of the dresser or on the floor. We enjoyed our stay & would do it again in the off season. I would imagine the noise from the street and the outside would be hard to bear in the summer months. Thank you for providing a charming boutique hotel. The owners did a fabulous job renovating it. The finishes & furniture are very tasteful."

"The hotel is not staffed so you're pretty much on your own if you need anything. We stayed in mid-October when the outside temperature was still fairly warm yet the hotel had turned the AC off and heat on for the season. The room was uncomfortably warm for sleeping and only 1 of 4 windows had a screen and could be opened. Not impressed for what they are charging. Look elsewhere for your stay in Oak Bluffs."

"Unfortunately the toilet was broken along with the thermostat and the wifi password was not provided in the room (maybe it was emailed and I missed it). That being said the room was clean and loved the view of the ocean and the location can't be beat. Overall still had a great trip and glad we stayed here and sure these things will be fixed quickly for future visitors. we were just staying one night so didn't bother having them fix during our stay as people we no longer at the hotel when we left but people working there were very nice."

"I booked this hotel blindly and was thrilled when I got there. Check in via an app was seamless and took no time at all. The room was super clean and the location is steps away from the beach and steps away from all the action in Oak Bluffs. It is a charming hotel, but what really spurred me to write this review was the customer service. I mistakenly left my glasses and contacts behind when I checked out. A manager called my cell phone when I was on the ferry back to Woods Hole and agreed to package it up, walk it over to a Fed Ex location and ship it back to me. I left the island yesterday and the package arrived at my house today by noontime. Thank you, Stephan, for treating this issue like such a priority. I will always recommend your hotel."
