It was super easy to schedule an appointment and use my dental insurance with Pat at the front desk. The office was very clean, organized, and cozy. Florie was super conscientious and made me feel comfortable, describing each step of the process (super quick with x-rays) . Dr. Kim has a professional, warm bed-side manner and was super helpful in giving tips/advice to have the best oral health! They were all super thorough and genuine. "I can highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team. From my first call scheduling my appointment to leaving her practice after my first visit, it was a really great experience. Finding a time that worked despite my busy work schedule was very easy. Getting to the office took only 5 minutes after I hard arrived at the North Quincy T stop. I did not have to wait long before I was seated in a room with lots of natural light - I cannot remember any other dentist's practice offering that. Throughout the procedure I was always told what was being done - I often missed that at other dentists - and everybody was very gentle and kind. "Absolutely delightful experience! (I never thought that I'd describe a visit to the dentist in this way, but it is completely accurate.) From my initial contact via phone with the office, Pat, the receptionist, was helpful, friendly and professional to the day of my initial visit, all was better than expected. Florie, the dental assistant, welcomed me and guided me to the chair and made sure that I was comfortable; she explained everything she did - x-rays, etc. - to prepare for the Doctor to see me. Dr. Kim introduced herself to me and also explained everything she was doing (As a new patient, more time and effort was involved. Future visits would be generally routine.) She was pleasant and professional. I felt confident in her care. I recommend her to anyone in need of top-notch dental services. By the way, the waiting room is comfortable and the office and equipment seemed very clean."
