"This office encouraged me to get dental insurance through my workplace. I was a patient here for a number of years and they've only gotten worse since 2016. The pictures below are from 2021; it shows ants in one of their exam rooms. I told the dental hygienist and she told me to tell the doctor. Then I told the front desk and they just shrugged it off. No room change or anything. My last visit here was this past June, for a filling. I waited in the dental chair for close to a half hour for someone to see me. At one point I stepped out to the front desk to ask if they have a grace period, because I was very close to walking out. Turns out they don't; probably because this is a common experience in this office. When a doctor did finally see me, she hit the wrong nerve while giving me Novocain and it made me cry. Instead of stopping to make sure I was alright, she just gave me a tissue and kept working. Then, she tried pushing crowns on me. I've never felt that the staff here care about their patients. They're just a money-hungry, revolving door of staff."

"I see these bad review but my experience was the complete opposite. Had my wisdom teeth removed and had cleanings done. The dentist and hygienist were wicked nice !!!! I understand that they have new owners since my last visit in 2017. But was there last week for my wisdom removal. They did good by me. And the equipment is top notch. No complaints from me"
