"Worst customer service the guy on the counter is rude and doesn’t understand proper English. When I talked to him his feelings and emotions got him and wasn’t able to properly assist. Do not come to this place and waste your time and money no chairs for waiting area."

"Very clean rooms, surprisingly good for the price! Very nice staff and a complimentary fridge and microwave. The AC’s work very well and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. There is also a cute little farmer’s market and convenience store right next door!"

"very dirty. floors were disgusting and dirty i had to hop back in the shower immediately after getting out and stepping on the floor. mold around the shower handle, dead moths in the room, burn marks in the blankets, and towels that felt like scratchy bath mats. no ice machine, wifi they claim they have does NOT work. they put a 50$ hold on your card until you leave (even if you booked online) and then they never give it back. dont come here. plenty of better options close by. if you want a smoking room go to motel 6 its still cheaper counting the hold shangri la motel puts on your card and does not return."

"This is a basic roadside motel with no basic amenities like coffee or a breakfastmuffin. The simple room was clean and offered a fridge and microwave. I was made uncomfortable with the check-in process. They focused a lot on the $50 hold on your card. Made me feel like I was guilty of something. Route 6 is very busy, and the traffic noise is very noticeable"
