"Was pleased with my stay until I got home and noticed a random charge of $150 on my account. Turns out I was charged a smoking fee even though, I’m not a smoker nor did I or my companion smoke in or on property. And when trying to get in touch with a manager or anyone to help I get left on hold or sent to voicemail. So disappointing. Be carful, this place is a scam!"

"What a great hotel! Stayed here with my husband and two toddlers for a winter weekend getaway - we had plans to see the Providence Bruins and to get dinner on Federal Hill and wanted a hotel with an indoor pool - we found this gem 12 minutes east of Providence and had such a wonderful stay! Very clean and updated. The staff was great! Rose’s breakfast was outstanding! The pool was so warm and clean. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The boys slept comfortably on the sofa bed which was actually pretty comfortable! The king size bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very quiet - we will be back! We had no idea there was a giant arcade behind the hotel, so now we’re planning our next trip back!"

"One of my favorite hotels to stay at when traveling. Always courteous employees. The breakfast are always good and different each day. Rooms are very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful here. You won't be disappointed with your stay."

"This hotel was excellent! Very, very clean. Breakfast was awesome and loved that there are washers and dryers on site. If I had to fault it for any reason, it would be that the pillows were too soft, beds were comfortable enough and there seemed to be a sewer smell coming from the sink/bathroom occasionally, but everything and everyone here was awesome!"

"I don’t often write reviews, but I have to for this hotel! My husband and I along with our 15month old were visiting family and were met with amazing hospitality and kindness. The hotel is constantly stocked with tea, coffee, and treats. Breakfast always has multiple options and fully stocked at all times from 6-10. The staff is so accommodating for any needs (we needed a toddler bed). Very kiddo friendly! The rooms were comfortable and clean. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more - we will be back! :)"
