"This is going from bad to worse. First Samantha Handy, the office manager, illegally opened a very high interest account in my name. I finally fixed it with the company, but they are trying to charge me $130.00 I interest! They said Aspen will have to fix it, but they haven't done anything about it. I can prove everything. The receipt she gave me had the correct account information on it. The one for the next bill did not and the first one had been changed to this high interest one. They are approved providers for Cigna insurance. Yet, all the claims they submitted were denied for insufficient information. No mention of my not paying all this interest after more than 2 months and countless phone calls. They say they'llcall back. They havent to date. My dental work is incomplete. I had covid but test negative now. I'm afraid to go back for fear theyll find some other way to screw things up and they're already doing $20 grand worth of work! (I now know this was excessive, but I didn't know better at the time.) I have a lot of extractions and temporary dentures. Now what do I do? I can't trust this office anymore. I'm truly afraid and no one will help me. Please, DO NOT GO HERE. Apparently they encourage or at least condone these dishonorable practices reviews. The owner responds quickly to praise, but he hasnt offered to help me either. I've done everything I could through them and they simply ignore me. I'm sure I'm not the only one they've screwed. They're too good at it. What else can they do wrong? They gave me reams of paper for my "treatment plan" but I have an awful feeling if I go back I'll pay for everything, but not get what I paid for. The dental staff are friendly but I have no way of knowing if they are doing things right since everything else involving money has been horribly dishonest....Guess they saw me coming in my wheelchair and thought they could get away with everything they've done. I'm testing negative now so I should be able to go in soon. I have a feeling it won't make any difference since they've been screwing me to my face right along."

"Good staff. Outrageous prices for services. To get proper treatment; removal of 2 wisdom teeth and cleaning cost is close to 5,000 dollars with payment plan with APR of 27%. Insane. Can't and won't afford that service. Will be going elsewhere to get help; I'd advice others to do so as well."

"My experience was fine. Your associates were great, well mannered. But we do live in a reality world. We understand that we are solely judged by the amount our teeth bring to provide a good smile. It's a business as long as credit can provide the services. It's a fact of life. Someday, teeth will be cheaper to maintain and keep till we pass on!"
