"Ordered delivery and the delivery person just decided to leave the food outside with informing me. Food was ice cold once I made the discovery. Do not order from here just order from the place on 4th street in Troy I’ve never been done wrong by them. Also I paid for a pepperoni pizza and only got half pepporoni…"
"I have had pizza from NYC to aged brick ovens in Italy... I Love NY is by far my favorite and is comfort food that feeds my soul. If you want the best, a pie that defines NY style, yet with it's own touch of upstate making it unique, look no further. I will not recommend anything but this this wonderful, Albany area icon. Everyone I've introduced to I love, has fallen in love. Their food and service can't be beat... From the classics to special iconic I Love slices, you can't go wrong. I haven't been around in a while, but just getting a pizza today, buffalo chicken, reminded me how amazing and uniquely delicious their pizza is. The crust is to die for, the sauce and cheese are killer, and the toppings can't be beat. If you want an example of true NY pizza... This is it. NYC's only difference is a slightly thinner crust, but in my opinion, this is the perfect thickness... And absolutely delicious!"
"$20 for a 8 cut "16 large pizza that was cold and burnt. Onion rings were tasty so 2 stars for that."
"Tried to order a small boneless wing and a 8 cut large pizza, and they gave me a total of $88. I said excuse me, and they said a pizza and 70 wings. Then when I corrected him and food arrived the wings had some whitish mystery sauce on them and the container and they were completely soggy with white spots. Pizza tasted worse than middle school cafeteria. Will never order again, way downhill."
"Don't know who made my Stromboli but they only went 1/2 inch deep with meat and cheese all the cheese must have been in ce ter of the pizza $57 and it was complete waste never again"
