"You place an order at 5:40 and they say it will be 45 minutes to an hour…at 7:15 you still don’t have your food (salad, baked ziti and an order of wings)…you call and they say we are behind with deliveries and the driver has 6 stops…you cancel order and ask for a refund and yet they don’t say we are so sorry, will refund the order but we will still deliver the food…very disappointed especially when you are a loyal customer who order there locally all the time…I guess the employees got to eat well/free to ight"
"First order resulted in it being my last order. Ordered a calzone with ham, garbage bread with sausage and onions, and a slice of pizza. The dough in the calzone was dense and soggy. It may have been 3/4” tall. Same with the garbage bread whose dough was thin and almost transparent from the grease. Awful. The pizza slice turned out to be two square slices which resembled reheated frozen pizza. Not sure how they’ve become so popular but nothing we ate last night resembled a product from a NY pizzeria. They also got the order wrong on the garbage bread. They discounted our cost due to the error. Not a deal breaker but just another indicator. Sorry to discredit a family business but I can’t recommend it."

"Don’t order the Melba sauce. They charge $1.50 for a tiny half filled ramekin. Originally they asked if we wanted the small or large asked for the large. Received the tiny half filled ramekin and was informed they don’t have sizes even though they send the other sauce in a large dish."
"First time ordering from here did a pick up order on the phone answered right away only had to wait 30 mins for my order which is average and the service was excellent I had ordered a 24 cut w Mozzarella sticks w raspberry sauce and a 2 liter and I was alone and the woman that checked me out was nice enough to help me to my car with my stuff was super sweet the food was excellent also would order again sometime ...the raspberry sauce is to die for btw...."
