"I’m not quite sure why people rate this so harshly over a mixup or not getting a call back. Chill out Karen, it’ll be ok. In all honesty this place is outstanding. I have been coming here on a regular basis for two years. Ann is very accommodating and professional. Making an appointment is important because she fills up fast! Although, they do also accept walk ins on the rare occasion she’s not fully booked. The massage itself has saved me countless times. I have severe headaches, lower back pain, and cervical spine issues so massage is more or less a necessity for me. Pressure is firm enough to actually be of help to me and she focuses on the areas I request. Overall, of course make your own judgement…but this place is great, convenient, clean, and professional. Love it and I’ll keep going back regardless of Karen’s one star review which makes absolutely zero sense other than to knock a business ratings down based off factors that should not matter. 10/10"
"This place is the real deal. I went yesterday with my bestie to have a ladies spa day and it was so relaxing and the massage was the best I've ever had. The pricing was so good. BRING A GOOD TIP $$ because the ladies there work so good and deserve a good tip! I will definitely be going again soon with my husband."
"This was my 1st time going there. I love the massage. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, there were 5 different distractions during my massage, like phone calls and potential client communications who walked in, which took away from the relaxation. The massage itself was really good, different, and she gave some time back from the distractions, which i appreciated. I would like to go back if there were no destructions during the masage or the most i can take is 1."
