"Arrived on time abd staff was confused about me having an appointment. I booked my appointment through their app. Hair was started and a customer that should have been there at 9 showed up about 1030. The person doing my hair started the late customer. Approximately 3/4 of the way through the braider for me left. "She will be back". I was finished around 2 ish. On the booking app it said 2 hours for cornrows. Atmosphere is pleasant but a few things could be much better. Hair is nice but too tight. Braider was nice as well."
