"The doctors here are nice. The front office staff however is a completely different story. They are extremely rude and not empathetic whatsoever. I’ve had to make a complaint with their office manger and still no change. The doctors are the ONLY reason I’m continuing to be seen at this practice."

The only detail that continues to be an opportunity for improvement is the quality of the telephone service, sometimes it is even rude, it is rushed , they do not listen, they do not show compassion, it is automatic, when "No" is the answer, there is no no courtesy, no offer of help to fix it, customer service, as such, seems void. It is usual to hang up on the phone, when we have not finished asking the questions, because they are not attentive, they do not listen, they shown to be uncomfortable and with very little interest in people. It would be great if they received training, many of the patients we have recommended have not returned because the calls are a exhausting obstacle. At least they could say the same information with courtesy and good manners, simple. We know, it not an easy job answering questions and dealing with a lot of information, but be nice, it is a fundamental part of the service, and for the well known must be highly improved. If you are than full of patience of us, you will be fine. It is something that we hope change as soon as they realize how important is."
